I hate leaving bad reviews, but like the refund took weeks to actually process which is unacceptable for a company this size. Won't be ordering from them again.

To be fair, you know I got charged twice for the same order and now I'm out of pocket with nothing to show for it. Hope they fix this.

Bought the brow gel and it didn't even work nearly as well as the one I got randomly on Amazon

I bought their Orange Blossom Neroli deodorant in June 2024 and it finished October 2024. I used it each night after showering. I'm not someone who works out or needs to shower twice a day. Not worth £18 in my opinion. It doesn't last a very long time. It's also not antiperspirant, the deodorant literally drips off. Although they are refills, not exactly environmentally friendly because the refills have a decent amount of plastic too. They smell amazing but it's a product that needs work. I think it would work better as a liquid roll-on instead of a waxy balm. A £3 Mitchum deodorant lasts me a whole year and a bit. They are also hiding the reviews for this product on their website, hence why I'm posting on Trustpilot. When I click read more it duplicates the ones I've read. Dates of the reviews are also not in chronological order. I would be wary of this company. Not exactly practising what they preach.

Gemischte Gefühle. Die Lieferung hat etwas länger als die angekündigten 12 Werktage gedauert, aber das kann ich verkraften. Customer Support war freundlich und zügig. Ich war sehr enttäuscht, dass ich zwar beim Check-out die Option zur Verpackung in den bekannten pink pouches angeklickt, aber keine erhalten habe. Der Generation G Lippenstift ist in Ordnung, riecht aber komisch und hat eine eher feste, trockene Konsistenz. Future Dew ist eine nette Ergänzung zwischen Skincare und Makeup, aber kein Must-have. All in all: mehr hype als Qualität.

I'm from the UK and I don't know if it's just here, but Glossier provides the slowest deliveries that you would think the package is coming from Australia, yet there are warehouses in the UK! 3-5 business days and I'm on day 9 :) thanks glossier! P.S.. the product was allegedly shipped on the 20th and from previous purchases, it takes a day to be received by Royal Mail post shipment. UPDATE: I emailed Glossier shortly after writing this review and they have sent a new order, they also responded very quickly so I will be adding an extra str.

I used to love Glossier's brand but I don't know if it's just me, it seems like everything on this website now jumped an extra $5~7. While I understand inflation, this is a tremendous amount to the point where I felt like it's straight up price gouging. Despite that, I ended up purchasing their Ultralip product and discovered the cap for the lipstick is so loose, it falls off in my bag constantly causing smudges and stains then I have to clean my bag. Even the most minute tug causes the cap to fall off. I'm disappointed to know I paid their higher prices and ended up with a product that seemingly has inferior packaging. As said, I used to love Glossier but with the current prices, there's other brands I could try for the same or less.

Glossier Denmark - I just ordered a bulk of boy brow because I can't live without it. But they ship using UPS which is so unbelievably unrelieable, and this time is no exception unfortunately. I have tried and loved some products from Glossier. I'd like to try more, concealer etc. but wish they were available in Sephora DK. I won't shop when shipped with UPS no more :( dpd, dhl or some other would be good.
