love this brand!! the costumer service is excellent!!

I love these products. First off, I suffer here and there with incredibly sensitive skin and have not worn any eye make-up for years as a result. I started off with the boy-brow, and while I was there decided to brave an eye shadow too as it looked so wonderful in the add. It was equally as wonderful IRL - It stays on, doesn't smudge, and I've had no eye sensitivity or issues. Then I went back and ended up buying everything pretty much, another eye shadow, foundation, lipstick, and the dew serum +. The reason I love this make-up range and the brand is not only because my skin gets on with these products, but I love the whole ethos of make-up should be natural and accentuate what's already there. The foundation somehow gives you just enough coverage to give you confidence but doesn't "cover you up" if that make's sense. They also include a lot of different skin tones in marketing their products which is nice to see. I can't imagine myself buying make-up from anywhere else atm.

i absolutely love glossier, their cloud paint is so smooth and easy to apply, the lip gloss looks so sleek, the highlight is so easy to apply and glows so nicely, the eyeliner lasts a lifetime and doesn’t move an inch! i could say so many good things about glossier, definitely would recommend to anyone due to being so easy to use yet so affective! this is your sign to buy some Glossier produce if you haven’t already

I ordered the stretch concealer last year and it arrived a few days later, well packaged so no damage. It seems to have an illuminating effect which is great around tired eyes. Easy to build up product and doesn't go "cakey" like some make-up. I use it every day and it lasted at least 10months. I've just ordered another two pots ( slightly different shades) and they are both great.

Sent me an expired Zit Stick. The product was clumpy so I emailed on 2 different occasions and was ignored. I sent images as proof and they never replied to me.

As a 40 years old with good but not perfect skin I love their no makeup makeup products. My only con is that the skin care is heavily scented and can be irritating to my very sensitive skin however I love the jelly cleanser and the You perfume. Skin tint, cloud paints and boy brow are staples in my collection now as well as balm dot com. Great to have the option to use clear pay too. I would use the rich priming moisturiser as my cream of choice if it didn’t have fragrance. Although it smells amazing it does irritate me. Maybe bring out a priming moisturiser for sensitive skin with no parfume?? Just an idea :)

Really fast shipping, and when I ordered a colour that didn’t suit me, exchange was very easy and the lady who helped me - Theresa - was lovely.
