Kinda late to the party, but I'm happy to have discovered Glossier. Purchased a few products from the BF sale and one of them wasn't included in my order - I contacted customer service and this was rectified very quickly, and I received the item shortly afterwards. It's still early days but so far I'm really liking Glossier. Will definitely try more products in the future!

Shipping is such a mess lately - ordered items before the end of November. On November 30, it showed FedEx was supposed to deliver it. Then shipping status changed to “Pending” followed up to seek help and was informed that it’s still within transit time and they can assure me the package is still in transit. Lo and behold, after the transit time, package is nowhere to be found. Had to follow up again... twice! Then I received an email saying my order was part of a large shipment that was sent out together with other orders. Requested for more help... Monday of this week Krystal said she processed a replacement and that I’ll get an email once it ships out. Radio silence since then. I was also told they still believe the package would get delivered because other customers are getting theirs delivered without tracking number updating. Ummmm it’s been “pending” since November 30. It’s one thing to be optimistic, and it’s an entirely different thing to just save face. Frustrating.

Ordered some items on November 27th to get here in time for christmas, no sign of them even though they were sent via traced mail on 1st Dec. I have emailed several times but they just say they will send another package out. Package hasn't been sent out. Still waiting and need these for christmas!! Not a good first experience...

Started my experience with this brand in the US over a year ago. Excellent customer service in your stores as well as online. Many of your products are now stables in my everyday routine. Moved back to Europe (Denmark) and continued my use of the products here. The delivery is always as fast as possible considering they are sent from England. The packages are a delight to open because of the way Glossier goes beyond everything to pack everything in pink and give that 'little something extra' to each of their customers. The products follow the same line as the packing. Everything is simple, easy to use, and pink (if possible ;-)). Your Solution has saved my forehead. I no longer get stress-pimple outbreaks after I started using it. And I get so many compliments on my brows, which are so easy to fluff and color with your boy brow. Recently I decided to refill my Balmdotcom stock on your website. Unfortunately, I received the wrong product. I wrote to your customer service and offered to send the wrong back in exchange for the right one. I had an answer within 12 hours. Without charge you are willing to send me the right product and I can keep the wrong one because "You will not trouble me with sending it back". Now at days I find it rare to finds this nice customer service. Especially around Christmas! Thank you for excellent product & good customer care. I will definitely continue to shop here and use your products. And I will keep recommending you to everyone I know!

I ordered some liglosses as a treat for my sister and was super impressed by the packaging and the products. Customer service are incredible and went above and beyond to assist - I honestly couldn't be more impressed. They've made a lifelong customer out of me!

Never had a bad experience. Bought off the site over 5 times now and I have no complaints at all. Even at the pop up store in London, staff were lovely and helpful. They give samples and cute bags (there's an option to be more eco friendly and not get a pink bag/sample/sticker at checkout) Customer service is amazing, they answer promptly and they helped me find the right shade concealer ONLINE! Obviously like all makeup/skincare brands there are their bestsellers as well as some average items(according to other reviews), but all items I've bought are great and does the job. Delivery time was also fine:)

I ordered a couple products from a Black Friday sale. I have yet to receive a confirmation email yet they charged my bank acct. There doesn’t seem to be a phone number to speak to a live person. I sent an email a couple days ago and haven’t heard back. I’m afraid this could be a scam... beware!
