I tried Glossier in the hope to find a very sheer tinted foundation. I tried the Perfecting Skin Tint + Stretch Concealer Duo and love both products. The stretch concealer is excellent when my skin isn’t behaving itself. My only criticism, and I don’t think it is the product….is I cannot for love or money get it to stay on my nose without separating. It’s a problem I have had for years, tried everything. Very slowly getting used to the brow products after years of using a pencil!

I don’t often write reviews but I have to say the customer service at Glossier is fantastic. I ordered some products for holiday next day delivery but unfortunately they didn’t get to me in time- one email to glossier after a 3 or 4 later days and they immediately offered a refund or new shipment free of charge. The person I spoke to was so helpful and pleasant. The products didn’t arrive on time for holiday but I did come back to 2 packages from them which was a lovely surprise! I’ve had some really bad experiences with online companies recently, so even though I didn’t get what I needed in time, their response rate and solution to my issue was such a refreshing change to the usual “not my problem” response (hello charlotte tilbury and asos) that I’ve had in the past. Thanks team Glossier- not only do I love your products but your customer service is spot on.

I still love glossier products three years on, and I actually like the new Balm dotcom formula. Wish they'd bring swiss miss and the cookie flavour back. Packaging was actually so secure for the new balm (i got fig scented) it survived a cycle in the washing machine 🤣

I have been using glossier products since they launced, and loved every single product. I've been using super glow as part of my skincare routine for my wedding along with their cleanser, but superglow has been out of stock for months now and my skin is in total breakout as I try find a new vitamin c serum to replace superglow. Glossier should not encourage their customers to create skincare routines using their products if they cannot reasonably and consistently keep them in stock! Poor customer experience causing alot of annoyance for me.

Tellement. Déçue. La livraison était retardée de trois jours tous les trois jours pendant deux semaines, une fois arrivée le gloss n'était emballé que dans un pauvre récéptacle en carton abimé par le trajet : 30 euros pour un service de si pauvre qualité, franchement, c'est déplorable. Jamais plus chez GLOSSIER. Je demande remboursement pour publicité mensongère ou je renvoie le produit.

Glossier Denmark - I just ordered a bulk of boy brow because I can't live without it. But they ship using UPS which is so unbelievably unrelieable, and this time is no exception unfortunately. I have tried and loved some products from Glossier. I'd like to try more, concealer etc. but wish they were available in Sephora DK. I won't shop when shipped with UPS no more :( dpd, dhl or some other would be good.
