I have written to customer service several times about this matter. It may be a trivial thing however, when you request and specifically tick off a box in the delivery option that states you want a pink bubble pouch which is offered to go with your purchase you should get one. They are quite cute and I was looking forward to getting one with my purchase. However the first time I got a purchase there was no pouch when I reached out to customer service they basically said oh so sorry they would not send me one when I asked and gave me five dollars off, which doesn’t help the fact that I never got a pouch when requested ! The second time I ordered I specifically wrote to customer service and said, could you just ensure that my order will include a pouch I’ve ticked it off however, I just received it today and guess what no pouch again. What is the point of offering this if you’re not going to give it to somebody ? When I try to reach out to customer service to ask them if they would send me one I was blatantly told no and that they were sorry. I think this is very poor customer service ! -don’t offer things to people if you are not going to follow through and give it to them! D

I WANT TO GIVE THEM 0 stars. My package had a perfume and they are sending me dhl links but it always put on hold and sent back to sender. I called dhl and turns out dhl as a carrier does not accept perfumes in packages, so why does the brand not know this? Are they dumb? Their customer service is also a joke as well as logistics. AUSTRALIANS NEVER ORDER FROM HERE. I am going to contact Australian consumer affairs to stop their activity in our country. Scammers!!

The honest opinion of a loyal UK Customer... I have dealt with Glossier's customer service team a few times now and I cannot fault them one bit. My most recent dealing was with Brittney, who was extremely kind and helpful. The customer service team are always willing to help out, and their emails are always well-written and friendly. Additionally, their products are amazing! I have been using a range of their products for some time now and will never use another mascara so long as Lash Slick exists. Their skincare products are also excellent. Finally, hats off to the marketing team. They have got it sussed to a T! Thank you Glossier, and Brittney!

Since finally posting to Australia I ordered a couple of the cult perfumes on 16/10/23 the next day I get tracking & advice it’s been posted. But after a week I contacted the courier who advised it hadn’t be given to them yet. After a few annoying generic responses from Glossier that they had delays & new tracking would be supplied soon, I then stopped getting a response when asking for the actual status as appeared the perfume size I ordered was out of stock. Finally a day shy of a month 15/11/23 per my Shop app it’s finally been shipped.

I have waited 6 years for glossier to ship to australia. I placed a large order they shipped me two items out of ten with no explanation or communication as to where the other items where. I emailed them enquiring into this and after a MONTH of waiting up to seven days at a time for a response they reship my missing items. They reshipped me the wrong items, ones i did not order and still not the correct and full amount i ordered. Not once has their customer service team apologized or been understanding or kind about my situation and the inconvenience it has caused and it’s now going on over a month and out of ten items i’ve received two and been reshipped random items i didn’t order after providing a clear list of what i was missing. Do not order from here ever. How hard it is it to fulfill a basic online order without back and fourth over a month?

It took over 6weeks for the product to arrive, so missed the deadline for my daughter’s birthday. Despite numerous emails to their customer service, nothing was done until I had given them a 1 star review on this platform. I have changed my review to a 2 star because the product did eventually arrive, however I would not buy from them again in the future.

My order never left the American ground.. first it was stuck at the duty after a week it was returned back to sender. No costumer service at all. Can’t understand the other ratings about the service. I never got an answer to my mails or requests on instagram an TikTok. Would not recommend or ever order again, when your not American…. Hopefully I will get at least my money back, since I don’t think I will ever receive my order…

First time ordering with Glossier will likely my last unless customer services actually bother to respond to any of my queries. Ordered and charged for 3 items but was sent only one. Customer service has been non existent and I continue to be out of pocket for items never delivered. Looking at other reviews, it appears this isn’t an isolated incident. Will continue to publicly raise in the hopes Glossier will rectify the issue. Avoid at all costs.
