As 1st time buyer, I do not follow reviews about complaints with customer service when the buyers change their minds last minute on not buying or not reading the specs of the products. For those who want to buy this product, it is not weight loss solution Period. However, I bought because I wanted to firm my body and massage the fat layers on my abs after my daily exercise routine and strict discipline on my fasting schedule. I have a thick body and I suffer of high cortisol levels which the fat tends to stay in my torso and cannot shape my body no matter how much exercise I do. This product WORKS!!! I use it 15 min a day before I sleep. I bought the microcurrent gel in amazon (big gallon) and came with a small squeeze bottle for the convenience. Results take about 1 to 2 months depending on your body composition. This product will only works when you have loose fat , loose skin (Not for a super overweight person). People need to be realistic. No product offers a miracle on leaving you skinny. Discipline, perseverance, and positive attitude will come a long way. I bought this product because I am losing weight with phentermine, exercising daily for several hours, staying active , and fasting 16 hrs. I wanted to contour my body and remove my marks and massage the fat. I saw results after 2 months. My abs are more flat. My skin was becoming tightened, less fat on my back, and some stretch marks were gone. FYI, I am not obese. In the end, give it a try, do it correctly and be patient. My advise is to stop eating junk food, no chips, processed food, no sodas, Zero Sweet things, less meat, and do the fasting if you want more results when doing the body contouring .
