While there have been delays the products with me, I’ve been exceptional. There have been a few times that boxes were canceled but they were really good about letting me know. Sometimes late but they always let me know. When there have been damages they always take care of it.

I love their philosophy and products. However, the service is really bad. I ordered 2 three months subscriptions for Christmas gifts. One didn't come for two months, another got two boxed at once, Eventually all boxes arrived. Then one person got a fourth box. The problem is I am still being billed for these subscriptions. In spite of several contacts, they will not return my money and they are still billing me. Don't know what to do as it is on my credit card.

I’ve enjoyed the subscription service and added on additional products. Quality has been excellent. I did experience damage to an item in transit and the company was easy to deal with and quickly resolved the issue.

I love this subscription service! Each product exceeds the expected value and surpasses expectations. I am very proud to make a difference as well as purchasing lovely items. You will not be disappointed!

Hello :) I just want to say that Globein is the "Best" They have the best products. Just beautiful. Everything is made by hand. It is so wonderful you buy a very beautiful item and you are helping a family to support, and give their family a better life. You get a product that makes you feel good knowing that you are helping or changing the life of other people. Globeins customer service is great. I always have a good experence with anyone I speak too.

I give 5 stars and I know no one is perfect, but they are! Everything I receive has been packaged wonderfully, no room for error, but it happened anyway and lo and behold had a situation. They advised what to do and I sent them pics of the item and all was well with the world! The items are unique, handmade and care put into the end result. I've loved everything!
