I am experiencing the same as many…
I am experiencing the same as many others. I call and wait and then they hang up on me. I filled out my application and paid for my pre- check in for the TSA and have never heard back. I email and get an automated email back that tells me nothing. I try to log in to my account and it says it cannot did me. This is aweful and I don’t know what else to do!

No one picks up the customer care line…
No one picks up the customer care line they hang up after a few minutes. No appointment details after making the payment. Requested refund but no update. Scam

Do not use
I started this process in September and still not completed. Waste of time and money It Would have been faster to go directly with Global Services I call and just put on hold forever to then be disconnected. The emails going in circles not getting anything accomplished.

Your application was conditionally approved in September and the only pending step is the interview stage. Since then, we have been waiting for vacancies to become available at your preferred location, Denver International Airport. As soon as an opening became available, the appointment was scheduled for January, as desired. Unfortunately, interview scheduling times may vary due to high demand and limited availability in certain locations, something that is beyond our control. This company went above and beyond in…
This company went above and beyond in helping me yesterday. I knew they closed at 5 ET but I went ahead and emailed them anyway at around 4:15 Ct. I really didn't expect an answer, but they did. And they kept texting me clear up until around 9 pm CT. We got my scheduling issue solved. Most businesses when they close they close. Not with Global Traveler. Thank you!!

Never received my refund!!??
Never received my refund!!?? I have sent Many Replies to your various emails, plus I tried phoning your given phone numberbs several times. You need to your phone and emails going back to the Oct 29th date, For email addresses I have: Immigration @ globaltraveler .us. com (This originally led me to believe you were part of the US Government's TSA immigration office that handled the TSA PreCheck program) customerservice @ globaltraveler. us .com (Again led me to believe you were part of the US Government's TSA immigration office) In addition I have tried phoning your office several times. Each time I tired your phone number, (407) 641-3729, I am on the phone waiting many rings before it answers saying that customer service representives are busy Please Hold. Then after minutes of holding I hear a click like someone picked up the line but then I hear a hear a busy signal. After trying to dial back I get the same reponse. I have asked for a full refund many times since the original date of experience, 10/28/2024. PLEASE JUST ISSUE MY REFUND
