Very informative representative
Very informative representative. Jon answered all of our questions. There was no pressure to upset us to a higher level. In fact he dissuade us from going to a higher level if certain options were unnecessary for us.

Vietnam - Cambodia & Mekong River Cruise
The host and hostess helped make the trip great and was with the group from day 1 to our last day three weeks later. Imagine Cruising is 1st class from the time of booking until you depart for home after the tour. Customer support (Miami) was extremely helpful before the trip and was there answering questions in a very timely manner and came through when tranfers had to be rescheduled at the last moment due to flight delays. Our hostess was in the hotel lobby at 3:30am aiding all guests that had early morning departures. Scheduled excursions were culturally relevant, interesting, informative and spaced so as to not exhaust the guests. Eveyone involved in the vacation including Imagine Cruising staff, hotel staff, river cruise staff were professional. We recommend Imagine Cruising to all that want that 5-star experience.

Far east cruise & India trip
The process supports doing the reservation online. It is easy if and only if you have all your required information gathered and ready. You should know all the legal aspects of the contract ahead of making the reservation.
