Easy to order and delivery was faster than expected

its my first time ordering online and feel like the vision is kind off- Think next time will go in to a store

Love love love these sunglasses! I no longer need to stop and switch to my glasses to read a text message while I out.

I was excited to get my Meta Adventurer SUNglasses, but they arrived with clear lens. Apparently you have to pay extra just to get the standard brown sunglass tint, which feels pretty misleading. If I wanted clear lenses, I would have ordered the glasses instead of the sunglasses. I totally understand paying more for specialty colors or upgrades, but charging extra for the basic tint doesn't make sense, especially since every other online glasses company includes the standard brown lenses in the price (same price as the glasses). If you want to charge more for the default lens, then advertise the price as such, instead of showing a lower price and adding that cost later. -- Also, I reached out to customer service prior to receiving the sunglasses and they re-assured me it was a wording thing and that they would have the standard brown lens. This proved to be incorrect and a waste of my time.

The ability to pay with insurance, the discounts, quality frames, and delivery time are all top tier service. Glasses.com will be my go to for eyeglasses, I was able to get what I wanted and my insurance covered it. Other companies accepted my insurance but I would’ve paid more out of pocket …for even cheaper glasses, so I chose to purchase with glasses.com and my glasses came fasted than the expected delivery time. So they also OVER deliver on their service. I love it!

This is my second pair of glasses from glasses.com and both experiences were excellent. If they were more reasonably priced I’d give five stars.

Frame earpieces are different lengths. Where is your quality control? If you don’t make it right, won’t buy from you again.
