A breeze using my insurance and the glasses arrived fast!

Glasses arrived blemished. Customer service said I was out of luck.

First off, got to get used to them, they seem like different progressive lenses, although could be the different frames. But the worst part was the expedited shipping! Told me three different shipping dates on 3 different days! A little frustrating!

I liked how easy it was to see the true price of the glasses with my insurance applied. However, when I ordered them to be delivered to my nearest lense crafters, NOT my home, they ended up being delivered to an address I haven't lived at in over two years. I thought maybe I clicked ship to home by mistake but I did not, as my email notified me that they were ready to pick up at lense crafters. Double check all your info before placing an order.

Glasses are very good. Arrival was prompt. You should expect a case with them. I have to go buy one.

Ordering was super quick and easy - especially adding my insurance. Got an email within a couple of days saying my order was delayed, but my glasses still showed up sooner than originally stated. Very happy with Glasses.com!
