My glasses came sooner than expected. I got exactly what I ordered. Working with insurance was seamless. I will definitely use them again and share my experience with others. The price was very reasonable.

I ordered two pairs of glasses on Jun 15. One pair was delivered within 5 days. The other pair has not been shipped after 25 days. The estimated shipping date keeps on postponed by one day in my account. I have contacted the customer service. They said that if I didn't want to wait, they could cancel it. I replied that I could wait but requested a more accurate update of the shipping date. I think my request is reasonable. However, it has been a silence since I last contacted them more than a week ago. The only difference I have noticed is that the shipping date was backdated by one month. For instance, today is July 9 and estimated date for shipping is June 11. Yesterday it was June 10. It is ridiculous.

It was easy to order. Great selection. Quick and easy. Prices are great! Insurance accepted. Final product was perfect. Thank you!!

Excellent customer service. However one of my prescription sunglasses lenses came with an unfinished edge on the upper portion. This defect left a white noticeable line not to my liking. I went to reddit and found a solution which is to use a fine tip cd black marker and carefully run it against the line. I am lucky my frame is black and this remedy kind of minimized the defect.
