Loved the frames the lens I having issues with the lens. One is clearer than the other one

I ordered over the phone due to having an online issue. The representative was knowledgeable and the process was quick and accurate. My glasses are perfect. Love my Coach frames and my progressive lenses are right. Received in one week.

Ordering the glasses online or fairly easy just making sure I paid attention to every detail, including capturing insurance information and entering the correct prescription. I submitted my order on December 3 and today is December 16 and I just picked them up at my local LensCrafters. They arrived last night at their office so I wasn’t expecting for it to take almost 2 weeks because the website said 2 to 3 days. So far, so good with the glasses still getting used to them

I’ve been getting my glasses from Glasses.com for a few years now. I’m Always happy with my frames and lenses. Their customer service is always top notch as well.

My insurance was not used even though the first thing I did after signing in was make sure my insurance was in place. Then I was informed that because I used your discounts I couldn't use my insurance too. I don't remember any discounts. Then, the frames I saw and ordered were blue on silver. I saw pale blue I got dark navy. The glasses fit so very well. But I'll never use your company again.

Easy website to navigate and the try on features are to visual design. Eyewear arrived sooner than expected. Fit and vision are excellent.

Absolutely worst website experience I’ve ever had, it took me 6 hours to order my glasses due to the website glitching and not honoring my insurance.
