Terrible company. Ordered glasses that came with the temporary show room lenses loose scratching the hell out of the frames. Lenses were permanently brown for some reason. They had a glare that was so bad I couldnt wear them in light. They made my head hurt. When I asked them to process a return they gave me the we want to make it right BS so instead of a return let's send you new glasses. They tried to offer new frames to prevent my head from hurting and I told them it was the lenses. They wanted to review my script that I cannot find anymore. Told them just to process the return and they said here's 30% off your next order that I cant use with insurance. That means I would pay more. I WILL NEVER GO BACK.

The promised delivery date was untrue. It took about twice as long as promised. I also went to the website went through the ordering process again, 12 days later. The website was again promising an unrealistic delivery date.

Right on time as ordered.

Took me a bit to go through the glasses to find a pair that suited me. But after that is was really easy to do the lenses and prescription and add in my insurance to cover my glasses. Because the place I got my exam done at was too high with my insurance coverage still. So that's why I went this route. I am truly happy with them so far. Thanks so much

Faster than waiting on the eye doctor.

The glasses I ordered were better than what I received from my eye doctor’s office. The frames were superior, the prescription lenses are clearer and I noticed immediately a sharper image. Also I received them a week sooner than my doctor’s office order.

Glasses with the discounts applied were reasonably priced. They arrived quickly. But the frame was too small for me. So returning. However even though too small, the Giorgio Armani frame was warped badly. Poor quality, less than expected.

The website was very easy to use. The order was processed quickly and we received the classes within a few days. Excellent service
