Glasses.comReviews of glasses.com

First drive one of the best glasses i tried and the delivery was so much faster than expected! The glasses frame i will get used to

What can I say. Everything was just so easy and simple...from order to receipt of my glasses. Less than a week later my glasses arrived. I guess I have been lucky and the last 2 pairs have needed no adjustments. Makes my life easier.

Best prescription eyeglasses...ever! Service: Ordered first pair on Saturday evening, they arrived 71 hours later on Tuesday afternoon! This level of service is insane. No online eyeglass company has ever provided such awesome service. Quality: Highest quality imaginable! Previously ordered these same frames (Ray Ban RB3025) and thin lenses with the same coatings from Eyeglasses.com, and with the same prescription. My optometrist said my eyes are capable of 20/15 vision with my prescription, but the best I could see with the glasses from Eyeglasses.com was 20/20. With my new Glasses.com sunglasses, I can see 20/15, and that's with the same prescription. So I ordered another pair from Glasses.com, and I can see 20/15 with these, too! Comfort: My new Glasses.com sunglasses immediately relax my eyes when I put them on. I've never had a pair of prescription glasses do that. Price: Glasses.com = $228, Eyeglasses.com = $788 (not a misprint)

I love my new Tiffany & Co glasses. They are perfect.

Glasses arrived with the wrong prescription. Not even close. I was able to reach support on chat easily, but the fix for the situation is going to take a long time. I have already been waiting for the glasses. Now I have to wait 4-5 business days to get a shipping label to return the defective glasses. Then they will not even start work on the replacement glasses until my returned glasses arrive. Then I will have to wait longer to receive the finished product and hope they are right this time. For my trouble, they offered a 30% discount on a future purchase. Based on my experience this time, I’m not sure there will be a future purchase!

Clear and concise ordering process and the product reviews were spot on!

I've been a customer for 4yrs now. My glasses are ABSOLUTELY beautiful!! My only, minor issue is that I wish the Ruby red transition was a little darker. Otherwise, awesome service and quality products!! I chose a Vogue lens with a purplish frame (they called it copper) The frames are gorgeous.

If i could give 0 i would. where to start? they changed my prescription completely. they don't tell you when you order they don't segment the progressive lenses they all come at 24 which they ay is standard but 28-30 is standard.(wouldn't have even bought them) anti reflective stuff is already coming off. i can't see anything without tilting my head. then when i contact them about it, i get told they can replace them, but still won't segment so there is no point, won't return them won't release the claim on my insurance, so i contact my insurance to dispute the claim and have contacted my bank as i received a non working product. worst experience ever
