I cannot see out of my glasses. This is a prescription I have used multiple times and I know is good. They are so blurry I cannot see. I processed a return through your website and was told a shipping label would be forthcoming but I have yet to see it.

Mf scammers!!! Accidentally was adding my glasses to cart not logged in, they said 150 for the frames which my insurance covers 200. Perfect. I realize I’m not logged in add the info to get my insurance applied and the price suddenly skyrockets to 300 for the exact frames in cart!!! Horrible dishonest brand. The prices are marked up to ensure you pay out of pocket and they are unreliable
