I received my glasses on time. They were the right prescription and exactly as I ordered.

I went through two other well rated online prescription eye glass sites and was thoroughly stressed. Decided to try one more time with and went to glasses.com. What a relief. Everything was easy and I am now wearing my new glasses that I love. Thank you glasses.com.

I placed an order and requested & paid for next business day delivery. Not only did I not receive the replacement frames I ordered. I have been unable to get any customer service support. I've called the number the AI bot gives. It is a recording stating you have called outside normal business hours (9 AM to 5 PM EST), at 3 PM EST on a Wednesday. I sent an email to both the AI bot's email suggestion and the telephone recordings suggestion. All I have received back is a "Confirmation" of email received. After spending $170 on a pair of $80 frames to get them the next day, I will not recommend or order from this company ever again. If I wanted this type of service, I would have gone to Luck Optical in Fort Worth, Texas (Which is just down the road from me).

I wasn't able to get the glasses I wanted because extra copays were required with your lenses that aren't at other places. I just wanted plain poly lenses.

There the best glasses I've ever had, The price is a little steep, But i did go with Ray Ban brand frames and lenses. The blue light filtering changed everything i do, As well as everything on PC from gaming hours at a time to watching TV. Aetna paid 250$ and with 90$ out of pocket with shipping it is still one of the best decisions [other than walking 30 minutes a day on a 130$ amazon treadmill} I've made for myself in a long time. The glasses showed up after 4 days with express delivery for $17 dollars. They were perfect and days later I'm still impressed Treadmill store on Amazon HevGlrm
