It would be helpful to be able to filter frames but what lens type they can handle. I have really bad eyesight and not all the frames can handle the high index lenses that I need. Aside from that the experience was easy.

Great customer service and a great selection of glasses, but it was a pain in the butt to check out. First, my insurance wouldn't pop up or be accepted, even though this is one of the three main providers. Fine, I'll submit a claim and pay out of pocket. When completing checkout, I kept getting an error and had to retry for 20 minutes before it finally went through (after submitting with the same info).

I like the frames selection and the delivery was when expected, however, when you said you would do extra thin lenses, please specify because mine are not thin at all and make them uncomfortable and heavy. I would have paid extra for them, but you didn't give me that option. At least Zenni does really extra things for us with high formulas and they don't overcharge, definitely going back there and not here.
