My rating for glasses.com is actually zero. My Rx is not complicated, my lenses are standard, yet after placing an order 12/15/2025, my order has not yet shipped - now almost a month later. I contacted Customer Service over a week ago and was lied to: my order was not in the final stage of preparing to ship. I suspect that the order is deliberately being delayed because I complained. never again.

The site was easy to navigate. The sync insurance feature made it clear what was covered and what I was paying for. Delivery time was reasonable and when they arrived the fit and the look were perfect!

I was nervous about using an online company to get my glasses but they arrived perfect.

This is the second order I have had to return to the company. The glasses come in all wonky and uneven. The glasses won't even fit on my nose because the gap between the nose pieces was too small and one bridge sat higher than the other.

Received my glasses quickly and they arrived in tact with all the necessary information. Thank you Glasses for helping me.

The convenience of attaching the prescription was very easy. Build time was on time and package for here a day early.
