I had so many choices that it was almost a problem but the glasses I finally did decide on arrived as expected and the glasses are really high quality materials. I will use glasses.com again for my next pair.

This is my fifth pair of glasses from this company. Always a good experience and the price is right as well as the selection. Even with regular shipping i get my glasses quick.

So fast and eff

I placed my order 3 weeks ago, and every time I checked the shipping it had not moved and for example on Feb 24 the estimated shipping became Feb 25. Then on the 25 it became Feb 26. So on and so forth. I finally got ahold of an actual human today, and was on the phone 30 minutes before being told that the frame I ordered sold out and that's why they hadn't been shipped. Nobody reached out to me in the THREE WEEKS I've been waiting to let me know. 3 weeks of being unable to see. Then I try and pick a new frame on the website, nothing loads. So I said you know what, just give me the refund, and I'm told it'll be another 5 days before that refund is processed. Absolutely ridiculous

I got the glasses I wanted, at a better price than the store by $100. And they came within less than a week. Ordering in my phone was a little tricky, but worth the time. It tied to make me progressives because of my perception. I just wanted single vision. So be careful and double check before you lock in your order.

I tried Glasses.com thinking I could have a better selection. I bought a pricey Armani glasses. After about a week the glasses became loose and I realized the screw fell out and was lost. Now the problem with glasses.com becomes apparent. I can't just go to my local store for help. Glasses.com has an arrangement with a local shop, but they don't carry the frames or have the screw. I get directed to process a service request through Luxottica which handles their service request, and after a week of considering my case, they tell me "- We are sorry, your warranty service request cannot be evaluated. This request cannot be managed online. Please, contact the retailer you purchased from for further assistance." Seems like replacing a screw is not such a big deal. I'll probably figure this out. But glasses.com is no help is solving the problem. My new $600 frames are seriously damaged. Also, I was unable to VSP insurance to cover the frames so far to date. If I had it to do again, I definitely don't recommend glasses.com. Update March 25, After I posted this review I was contacted by GLSocialCS@ and they shipped me a brand new pair of the same glasses free of charge. I said, "Why don't you have this attitude with the front line support?".

It was fast and the glasses are crystal clear!!! Ive never splurged on perception sunnies before and I am so impressed with them
