I ordered two pair of transition sunglasses in the same order to take with on a sailing certificate course. The one shipped UPS arrived without issue. The original shipping tracking had one pair arriving Thursday 4/5/26 and the other 4/6/26. Since we fly out 4/7/26 that would have been great. However, for some reason one pair was then changed to USPS and shipping arrival date moved to Monday, 3/9/26 (two days after we fly out for our training course.)

I've bought glasses from glasses.com twice and it's saved me a good amount of money. The fact they take my insurance is great. I've gotten glasses that usually cost $500 at my local optometrist for under $140. You can't beat that deal. I've been very satisfied with their prices and services 👍

It took 4 weeks for me to receive my glasses. I attempted to call and cancel so I could get my insurance claim released. I was told it would take 30 days AFTER they received the returned glasses. I would NEVER use them again. Delivery date changed 4 times.

My prescription I provided was not used. The customer service person wasn’t helpful. The frames were correct and looked nice but the lenses were incorrect wrong PD and prescription. I’ve had so much success in the past it is disappointing the customer service and quality received with this order.

The entire ordering process was so easy and the glasses are high quality. Shipping was super fast as well.
