I’m disappointed in the frame, the arms are a rigid type. I have always wore the frame that the arms move out at the connection point. I also thought that I got the transition lens was polorized ? Also they didn’t seem to darken very much in the sunlight. Thank you

The frames were not new. I noted some scratches on the frames.

They don't deserve this 1 star review. It should be negative 10. Ordered glasses in 2023, no issue at all. This year- 2/26. I purchased Gucci frames that came with a blank card of authenticity and couldn't see a thing out of the glasses. They chose to "Optimize " my prescription. I needed to call 3 different times for the return shipping label that was promised 24- 48 hrs after my 1st call. Seems they are selling fake designer frames at designer costs since my certificate of authenticity was blank! Terrible service and I even spoke with a supervisor. Bottom line, terrible experience and worse customer service.

Easy, online access to many different styles of eyeglasses. Many more than what is available at my local eye doctors office, and more affordable prices. Being able to see what they will look like on your face was very important to me. Glasses.com made using my insurance very, very easy. I was able to take my time to choose exactly what I wanted. My wife and I both purchased prescription eyeglasses and we are both extremely satisfied.

Love my new glasses and they arrived so quickly! Will be buying from you guys again!
