Glasses.comReviews of glasses.com

Glasses.com did exceptionally well on the prescription and the fit of the glasses I ordered the entire ordering to shipping top notch and the glasses came earlier than expected. Thank you very much I will definitely be ordering from you again

Great experience. I received my glasses sooner than expected. I did have trouble on the website, I wasn’t able to order my glasses myself but I called and a representative was able to help

Correction on Rx was made and glasses.com expedited the replacement.

The glasses came in a timely fashion and the prescription and fit was perfect. Glasses is exactly like picture

Easy! Very 😊

I purchased glasses in July 2025. The price was cheaper than buying glasses at a local optician office. However, they did not fit well and I had to wear a band around the back of my head to prevent them from falling off if I bent over at the waist. In January 2026, the frame was broken when a snowboarder cut in front of me when I was skiing. I was unable to talk to anyone at the company about getting a new frame. Customer service is nonexistant.

Tried to send back because they are wrong. Live chat doesn't work. No phone number or email on the contact page. Filled out return form and didn't receive it. Site says 48 hours.

I loved how many options there were to choose from! Not to mention I got my glasses at a great price, and it only took 6 days!! I got them and I love them! This was the first time I used this sited and it will not be the last. Thank you!
