The selection was awesome. Was very easy to add your prescription. Adding insurance to your order was also easy. My only issue was, the way to see yourself with them on wasn't working.

Show better photos of your eyeglasses. The PH1222 states that the frames are a gunmetal grey color and I received a blue color frame! Now I have to return them and look for another pair of eyeglasses. More of my time wasted.

My glasses arrived and the frames were beautiful though that was where it ended. The prescription was wrong and they refused to change to correct. They had the correct prescription and it was out of the area of error and the progressives wouldn't get dark at all. They also refused to help me there. Returned for a full refund to myself and my insurance. I would not use them again!

Your website was a nightmare to place an order. After several attempts insurance finally synchronized. Several more attempts to try to get my First Responder Discount but never verified my active account. Glass very nice high quality but due to the curved frames unable to use. I believe I'm experiencing what is know as the fish bowl effect. Due to the strength of my prescription I will not be able to use the glasses. I would like a full refund of my money.

I selected some glasses and the total for everything was $348. I notice that insurance wasn't entered. I entered my insurance and it was recognized. It now shows that the cost has increased to $478 with insurance bringing the cost down to $348. My insurance covers two pairs of glasses.

Glasses.com has a wide variety of frames and lenses available. The combination I chose turned out to be perfect for vision and budget. I will definitely be back.
