Glasses do not fit well. When you buy in store they will fit them on you when they arrive. Didn’t think about this when ordering online

Great selection of frames to choose from, placing order and applying my insurance info was an easy process. Received my glasses in a very timely manner and the fit and look seem to be right on point for me! I highly recommend and would love to receive some affordable discount offers so I can place orders in the future for different color/style of frames in between times that my insurance will not cover since my insurance only covers eyeglasses every 2 years.

The prescription that I entered for my glasses was incorrectly entered 0.50 v 5.0 which made a huge difference in seeing. I called glasses.com and they made it right. Great customer care. They sent me a return label and ordered me a new pair with the proper prescription. The initial time to process the order was about a week and a half. I would have liked that to be a little quicker but over all a great quality product with great customer care.
