My review of GiveButter is completely based on my own personal opinions and is not meant to smear, slander, or make defamatory statements about GiveButter. All of the statements I’m making in regards to GiveButter are being alleged based on my personal experience. GiveButter allegedly deactivated my account and the allegedly stopped responding to my email in regards to refunding all of my donors. I allegedly received an email from an alleged GiveButter employee named Rachid informing me that refunds would be granted to my donors. Allegedly GiveButter has not issued all of the refunds to my donors. I think they should have solved this issue more professionally instead of allegedly ignoring emails, messages, and chats.

One of the most awkward to use platforms online today. Shockingly difficult to navigate to specific fundraisers and almost impossible to contact customer service.

Givebutter has been the heart and soul of my fundraising over the last near 10 years! The ease of use and features available are far superior to other competitors but most importantly Givebutter CARES and is not out to make money. They are a for the people based business doing all they can to support non profits and fundraising efforts above and beyond. Givebutter provides a better experience it is so simple to use and offers so many amazing tools that help your fundraiser/non profit be successful and it feels good supporting a business that is truly for the people demonstrating time and time again positivity and kindness, doing whats right. I am so grateful to be working with Givebutter and will continue to highly recommend to everyone.

The help that Givebutter gives, when I ask for help, is just the help I need.

I stumbled across Givebutter when looking for a CRM for my brand-new non-profit. I didn't really think it would be able to offer much, but it was free so I gave it a shot. Lo and behold, it has well exceeded my expectations and really is an incredible tool! Fundraising, CRM, and now auctions?! So glad I took a chance.

Amazing software for crowdfunding. It is beautiful with great features.

We have been searching for a platform to launch our digital fundraising platform for many years now, and Givebutter was the first one that really fit our ideal perfectly. The fact that we can utilize Venmo, Apple Pay, and many other forms of donation avenues is crucial. Not to mention the expansive dashboard. And the fact that our members and donators are contributing to the company as well makes it all worth it.
