The site worked great… but a tip to give butter
The site worked great. Everything was smooth… until… I saw a tip to givebutter for $30 on my invoice. I obviously didn’t pay enough attention when paying the silent auction. I would have been okay with the mistake had it been donated to the organization I was spending money on, however, it was going to goto GiveButter. Fortunately enough, it appear several people run into this and they had an answer to the confusion and a solution to requesting the money back on the AI text chat. It still is very disappointing to even have to go thru this exercise. It definitely felt manipulative and I can only imagine others who may have missed this.
