We’ve been really happy with GiveButter…
We’ve been really happy with GiveButter so far! The website setup process was smooth and intuitive, and the final look is clean and professional. It offered the flexibility we needed, and navigating the platform — including handling donor tips — was pretty straightforward. The tipping model took a bit of getting used to, both for us and some of our donors, but we appreciate that it allows the platform itself to remain free. However, some donors found the language around "leaving a tip" for the processing company a bit off-putting. We really appreciate being able to notify different members of our team when donations come in. Overall, a great experience with GiveButter!

Givebutter excels in fee-free features
Givebutter excels in being inclusive with its no-fee platform and user-friendly interface. The public feedback system is a game-changer, allowing users to see how their suggestions are being implemented. Despite these positive changes, sometimes new features may require additional individual effort to fully utilize, such as converting saved contacts. However, these are minor inconveniences in an otherwise excellent platform.

Easiest and most user friendly event program ever!
The entire experience was great! The set up was easy and the program allowed us to make changes as needed. I also like the reports and easy download steps to review the data that was collected. I love it and will be using it going forward.

Givebutter has been flawless
Givebutter has been flawless and very easy to use. We have utilized Givebutter for years and with constant upgrades and changes it continues to improve.

An amazing and truly free way of…
An amazing and truly free way of managing donations. The platform is beautifully designed and integrates effortlessly with our website, while also managing to not look out of place. Donors love the new features it adds to our donations page and are happy to tip to offset processing fees. That and Floyd Jone's workshops really set the bar for workshops. Great software and great people behind it, can't recommend Givebutter enough.

Good service for non-profits on a budget
We have found Givebutter to be a good service. The fee structure is great and the nonprofit centric communications is helpful. As a church, it is tough not having the option for weekly giving for my donors some of my members have struggles to figure out how to create a donor profile where they can manage their donations. But these concerns are minor considering the value the service brings for us in general. Their customer service is very helpful and prompt with questions as well.

Donors can create a user profile where they can view their payment history for recurring donations—as long as their recurring donations are linked to their profile. Though creating a user profile isn't required when signing up for a plan, we understand how helpful this feature can be! For reporting, if you're trying to pull a list of donations designated to each fund, we'd recommend exporting a Transactions report instead — this should give you the breakdown you're looking for!
