A great choice for a small organization
Givebutter was easy to use from an admin standpoint. The user experience was top notch - no complaints from anyone. The only issue we had was when tickets which were purchased were canceled, it was hard to find them and walk back through what happened. We could not tell if the user canceled or if insufficient funds were in the account leading to a cancellation.

We absolutely love Givebutter for its seamless interface. Our donors are so grateful and eager to give when you have an easy to use and reputable platform. We also greatly appreciate the fee structure. This is definitely the company for nonprofits. They really mean low to no fees.

Once I figured it out it was easy to…
Once I figured it out it was easy to work through the steps and find the information I needed. Unless I didn't see it I think it would of been nice to to see demo of how it all works so on the day of the event I knew where to find where the people payed. But I love using Give butter!!!

Easy to use and great customer service!
Givebutter is so easy to use. I particularly like the data exports that enable me to get the information I need for my organization's accounting with great ease. I'd also give a huge shoutout to their robust customer service. The chat assistance is always stellar and so helpful. Lastly I really appreciate the way they put so much thought into helping their systems integrate seamlessly into whatever platforms you may be using concurrently.

Silent Auction was easy to use
We only used the platform to host a silent auction for non profit fundraiser. We really appreciated the ease of use of the platform & we plan to use it again in the future.

difficult to determine which entries were transferred into the bank
my boss transferred money from Givebutter to our bank, but I have no report as to which exact funds were transferred, so I can't reconcile with QuickBooks because I don't know how the money is broken out. When I transfer with PayPal, I can see what was transferred and enter it into my QuickBooks. Is there such a report with Givebutter that I am not aware of?

I'm so sorry for the confusion you're experiencing, Noel! We do provide a detailed breakdown of payouts, including a Payout Details Report, which can be exported from the dashboard. If you're an admin, you should be able to access this report to see exactly how the funds were broken down. You can also check out our QuickBooks integration via Zapier to see if it suits your needs!
