Customer support is over and beyond…
Customer support is over and beyond helpful!! We are very small npo but working at organizing better in order to fund better. Givebutter has been there to help with any question I might have or problem (that ends up not a problem after their assistance).

Love Givebutter

I love this platform for fundraising
I love this platform for fundraising. It was very easy to use and I appreciate the customer service help when needed. I would recommend this platform for any organization that is trying to do fundraising and do not want to deal with actual funds. 😊

Easy & Effective Fundraising Tool
Givebutter has turned out to be a super tool for my local run for school committee. The software is very easy to use and the support staff is easily accessible. They have helped my staff set up 2 successful fundraising campaigns (one general, one event specific) with positive results! My campaign is currently 82 % funded after launching 4 weeks ago.

24/7 chat is a lifesaver
The chat feature has been a lifesaver for me. Everyone is very responsive and has helpful information. Our non-profit has used a different platform for event/auction fundraising in the past, but we are transitioning to Givebutter. This is our 2nd campaign with them, and it's a big one for us. I am grateful for their support along the way!
