I am beyond impressed ... !
I am beyond impressed with the promptness and patience of the GiveButter rep(s). I had several issues pertaining to changing my account type that required considerable interaction. I was amazed at how quickly and competently I received help to resolve the issues. In a word, the assistance has been "fabulous"!

Rita was amazing
Rita was amazing. I had accidentally deleted something on one of my campaigns and I was stressed about the effect on my site. She was able to involve the engineering team and resolve my issue, following up as she said she would. Excellent customer service.

they put an automatic tip option on on…
they put an automatic tip option on on there that you don't pay no attention to and then charge you a processing fee they act like they're doing it for free but they're not feel like they're just scamming people

Not favorable at all
I purchased a VIP ticket for the Women’s Film Festival. I was unable to access the films despite several attempts at seeking assistance. I finally gave up on this all together.

As much as we’d love to provide all the details you may need, I want to clarify that Givebutter serves solely as this event's payment processor and ticketing platform. The event organizer fully manages all event content, access instructions, and communications—including what’s included in your ticket. Our team did everything we could to support you, including reaching out directly to the organizer on your behalf to help get you access. We completely understand how disheartening these kinds of delays and confusion can be, and we’re so sorry it took longer than it should have to get clarity. I am not a tech guru
I am not a tech guru. My web developer was out of town today and we needed to integrate the platform and be ready for our fundraiser. Not only was Givebutter willing to walk step by step with me, they we patient as I had my hosting service on the phone allowing me to troubleshoot with both companies. As a result we identified the problem and resolved it within 30 minutes.

Their customer support was very…
Their customer support was very helpful. They asked me to do many things to get the account working but guided me all the way. Even if I was talking to different people, it was seamless I think. To those who helped me, I hope you get a raise. Flip, Jem, Salma and Xyon.
