Scammers who send fake emails pretending to be from Netflix
I just got an unsolicited email from this company pretending to be from "Netflix Manager". No legitimate company would do that and I have absolutely no idea what they are playing at or what they are selling but I know now to never trust them.

I'd never heard of them until I got…
I'd never heard of them until I got email from them apparently working with Netflix manager saying I was leaving Netflix and to resubscribe press here etc etc. Obviously I didn't but this is a scam!

Chic-fil-A level support!
We have been using Givebutter as a platform for a year now. The customer support is Chick-fil-A level! What do I mean? I mean, they help you quickly and with a great attitude. Also, their support reps are so helpful and always answer your questions. They make it so simple to understand. I'm so grateful for the support! Today is the date that was recorded, but I have had this experience repeatedly, with various support reps. Each one has been FABULOUS! Thank you for making fundraising easier!

Do not work with GiveButter
Do not work with GiveButter. They have a shady deal with Stripe where they get a cut of the processing fees (as you can get 2.2% directly with Stripe but 3.5% with GiveButter). Their migration process is a giant headache and took weeks to work through. Their customer support has been absolutely brutal, I'm currently trying to resolve a situation with Stripe that has been ongoing for weeks and all I get from GB is boilerplate apologies and promises to follow up soon (then it takes days to hear from them again with no progress).

The platform is excellent
The platform is excellent! The audit trail is the best and the ticket selling is easy. You could get caught up in a lot of details but the chat AI and the specialist we were asigned is awesome! We used it for scan and text to donate, auction and ticket selling features. I would highly reccommend!
