We have been placing orders with Gift Baskets Overseas for a number of years now and are very happy with the selection, service and follow-up provided. It would be remiss of us not to extend a huge thank-you to Alyssa Bell for her professionalism as she has consistently gone above and beyond to ensure our needs are met. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Gift Baskets Overseas and are confident in recommending their services to others.

Yaroslav and the team at Gift Baskets Overseas are very professional, efficient and a pleasure to deal with. We've been sending our corporate Christmas hampers through them for years now and never had any complaints. Would highly recommend them.

They never provided a summary of the gifts that i bought, never gave me a tracking number. Reached out to them over 4 times, and still waiting

Dear Alixia, Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns. We’re truly sorry that we fell short of your expectations and the service you deserve. After carefully reviewing your order, we’ve confirmed that while most items were delivered as selected, the local agent regrettably missed including all of the salami. We sincerely apologize for this oversight. The remaining items matched the ordered quantities and descriptions, but we understand this did not meet your expectations. A gift is more than just products—it’s an expression of love and care, especially for loved ones far away. We deeply regret that we let you down in delivering the experience you had hoped for. To make amends, we offered economic compensation, which you have kindly accepted. We truly appreciate your understanding and are committed to learning from this situation to ensure it does not happen again. We value your trust and hope to have the opportunity to serve you again in the future, providing an experience that exceeds your expectations. Warm regards, The GiftBasketsOverseas Team
