I would absolutely recommend Giftbasketsoverseas to anyone! Have used them over a number of years to send packages to Australia and their service is second to none. I have tried other hamper companies however their service came nowhere close to giftbasketoverseas. They deliver as advertised and always on time! On one occasion where they did made an error they immediately owned the mistake and fixed it. That is extremely important and they know what true service is! Great customer service! Victoria Clark, the Corporate Gift Specialist was helpful and patient as I had to adjust our order numerous times. All of our gifts were delivered on time and we received a record number of compliments and thank you's from the recipients, one even described the gift as "classy" and appreciated that the greeting card was done in French. Absolutely will work with Victoria again. Thank you!

Trusted them to deliver a gift basket to the UK, ordered on December 10th and asked for a December 21st delivery, never made it, i just got a delivery confirmation today (December 28th) that it was delivered! If you want Christmas or birthday gifts arriving after the fact then go ahead and use them! I won't be back! UPDATE: The company reached out to me (by phone and email) to apologize and I feel they were genuinely sorry and wanted to do all they could to make me happy.

I ordered a Christmas hamper - "Sleighing good time" for my son who is living overseas. I chose this basket due to the hamper being presented in a sleigh. I am extremely disappointed when my son sent me a picture of the hamper he received and it was presented in a very ordinary looking box. NOT CHRISTMAS LOOKING AT ALL! Very, very DISAPPOINTED!
