As my parents were travelling around the British Islands during their respective birthdays, it was looking for small presents that they could enjoy while being in a hotel. I found GiftBasketOverseas and I must say that their service was incredible. they were in constant communication with me and very helpful when they could not find my parents registered on one of the hotels. The confirmation of the delivery was also welcomed. I would use them again in the future.

Customer service is A+ they were extremely attentive and very patient to my requests. Very pricey but considering they are the ‘middle man’ reaching out to other countries to ask for my gift basket it was understandable. I payed 364 USD for a beautiful peace bouquet that advertised white roses and white Lilies a beautiful big arrangement, a chocolate stash basket with a bear for my fiancé and flowers for mother’s day. I must say it got there right on the date I asked. However; I was extremely disappointed when my fiancé sent me pictures of the flowers there was only 6 almost dead flowers. I’m assuming cause of the heat.( these were for the mom) so I was pretty embarrassed. The basket was cute and filled with delicious chocolates, the bear was perfect and I was so happy it wasn’t a basic teddy bear like advertised. so I have no complaints about that. These items were sent to Algeria and shipping was 25$ I’m happy I actually found a place that actually helps me deliver all the way to Algeria. So thank you giftbasketoverseas for making that possible to me. Like stated, phenomenal service but it’s a hit or miss considering what company they decide to do business with to deliver your items to your loved ones.

I have browsed at least a dozen of gift basket services delivering to Switzerland and I was pleasantly surprised at the tasteful selection of gifts suitable for every age and occasion. I also appreciated the option to pay by PayPal. The team went extra mile verifying my order (me creating difficulties due to travel) but the order was delivered on time despite very short notice. The basket arrived carefully packaged in a good sturdy box, everything was just as described, my daughter loved everything especially the teddy -- she now sleeps with her new toy! I have used this company on several occasions . I have sent a fruit basket, cakes, gifts and flowers multiple times. When given, special instructions were followed to the letter. Once the driver forgot to leave a rose with a gift. A quick response was returned to my email. My reciepant received a free box of chocolates at no charge. And I received a discount with my next order. That is great customer service. Great quality products. I will be using them again, guaranteed!

I ordered a cake as a surprise gift for my mother in law's birthday. It had to be delivered on the day of her birthday. But they called her about 1 week before the estimated date of delivery and destroyed the surprise element on it. Then we had to call them to hold the delivery.
