I have used Gift Baskets Overseas now for a number of years. Their service is impeccable! From the time you first place your order to delivery, they keep you updated every step of the way. If ever there is an issue their customer service team will give you a call. I am based in Australia and think that is amazing for a US-based company to call and inform you if there are any issues along the way. They are always quick to reply and offer their assistance where ever they can. I recommend Gift Baskets Overseas for any gift, for any occasion you want to send overseas, the range is excellent and my recipients comment that the quality is too. Highly recommend! My Order No # 1551880282 I'm so glad i could write a review today. It was the first time i placed the order and i am extremely overwhelmed with the experience i have received. Well i should been unhappy when i got to know the plush bunny went out out stock but i wasn't an inch disappointed & thats because of the Excellent Customer Service i received. I not only got alternate options to select from but also received so much help in rescheduling my delivery date to when i could send my desired gift. Also i wanted some help with a bit of changes to the wine i ordered and i was surprised with the kind of help i received. Customer Service went out of their way to do the best possible thing to accommodate my requirements inspite of saying there isn't much that can be changed. They contacted the locals, updated what i wanted in their records, sending confirmation emails and did all they can to keep me a happy customer I would specially like to name some customer service representatives because of whom i am a happy customer and they did all they can to help me. Excellent service. My gift basket was delivered on a Sunday to South Korea just 2 days after I ordered it, even though I received an email letting me know they require 2-3 business days and they couldn’t guarantee delivery for Sunday, when I ordered it on Friday. Very impressed. And the recipient sent a picture — it looks exactly like the picture on the Gift Baskets Overseas website.

Excellent customer service, they give prompt responses and reasonable explanations for all queries. The delivery was made without any issue and the product looks more or less how I imagined it. Highly recommend!

Sent a package to Thailand and received a notification that it was received only to find out later that the package was not actually delivered. Customer service was very good in tracking the problem and package was quickly delivered the next day. Wine was not as expected but again, customer service was very quick to follow up and address the issue. Great customer service. They won’t let go until you’re satisfied. Would use this service again.

Update!!!..... I would like to say, since my last review, Margaret Crow was amazing taking care of my case, She went far and beyond making sure that my daughter got the gift basket that absolutely made her day. Thank you so much!! Wanted to surprised my daughter in Canada for christmas with the things she loves, but after talking to her, I found that the soda, nutela, oreos...the things that made me choose the basket was missing, and till now ,just getting the "we are looking into that" treatment.
