Giftbasketsoverseas.com had made my life as an EA to CEO a little bit easier. Great selection and it's so easy to send holiday greetings to clients overseas!!

I have never had such great customer service, I was so surprised to get a phone call checking if I had received the gift, and then regular follow up calls when there was a problem with the local delivery company not leaving a tracking number. I am so used to calling a company to ask for help and then not getting any, this was a totally different experience. I would highly recommend.

Do not deserve even a single star. One of the most unprofessional and lousy service provider. Arranged through them a delivery if a gift basket for 8th September. Despite a track number given i could not track my order. When I wrote to them asking the status of my order I was told they could not deliver the order and my order will be delivered the next day. Again next day order not delivered despite a confirmation. I am told it will be delivered on 10 September. Some stupid people at the customer service wrote to me that how sorry they and they will add a free box of chocolates to my order as if that will make everything fine. Pathetic service. Will never use or recommend to anyone.
