Hi Kim, Thank you for the 5-star review and for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience. We’re glad to hear your order arrived quickly, setup was easy, and our Customer Service team was responsive. We also appreciate your patience regarding the White Glove Service refund, and we’re sorry that portion of the experience took longer than expected. A Split King adjustable setup can definitely take some getting used to, and we appreciate your candid feedback as you and your husband continue adjusting to your new sleep setup. Most importantly, we're happy to hear you're finding your Luxe Hybrid comfortable. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if we can help with the separation you're experiencing between the mattresses or with getting your adjustable setup dialed in for you both. Thank you again for choosing GhostBed, Kim. We truly appreciate your business and your thoughtful review. Dennis Manning Senior Director, Customer Experience GhostBed [email protected]
