Good mattress topper, awful cover
I like the mattress topper I purchased, but the mattress cover that came with it is not good. It gets those little fabric pills that make it feel like I am sleeping on tiny rocks.

Top of bed slid
The bed was shipped within time and no damage to box. We set up and for 2 years everything was great. But as we flipped it every few months we start to see the top of the bed starting the move (sliding out on one side to the other).Basically the top was shifting making one side of the bed not as square and the other side didn't have as much support because it wasn't on top off the bed anymore. It made it difficult to sleep in with 2 people as you felt like you might fall out if to close to the sides of the bed.

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing this sliding effect, but I believe I can help clear this up right away!Our GhostBed Luxe is designed with targeted, top-down cooling and contouring layers. Because of this unique design, it should actually never be flipped upside down, only rotated from head to toe every few months. Extra message feature not requested in bundle
Was not informed during phone order that I was paying extra for the message feature which I did not request. Bed setup two days ago so still in the process of testing out the mattress and electronics.

While a 7-day turnaround from order to delivery is our standard timeline for a shipment of this size, leaving your package exposed in a downpour is absolutely not the level of service we expect from our delivery partners. Everything Mary Vinas said. The return policy was what you'd expect from a criminal enterprise. Its just disgusting. The bed sucked in the first place, but that's no surprise. The real thing is how rude the person was on the phone. She started lecturing me on how holidays worked. Totally rude and quite mean. Update: once I was able to talk to someone at ghostbed in person, the entire process was seamless and completely acceptable. I think theirr automated email reply system is broken and serves to confuse much more than a serves to help.

Issue resolved
Their pricing is all over the place. They offer 50% off but the next day they raise the regular price. You can talk to 3 different reps and get three different prices. I wanted to substitute Venus mattresses instead of the Luxe. There is 200 difference between the 2. But for some reason they wanted 1500 extra for the package. get it together guys. Well I'm please to report that after talking to the right person at Ghostbed my issues were resolved. Talked to an excellent rep Johnathon who took care of the pricing issues. I then ordered our new bed from him.

I ordered the split king.
I ordered the split king.. i had a problem with the one matress so they sent out another. The only real complaint i have is the matresses do not stay together difficult to sleep of your used to a king and theres a gao in the middle. I called them to complain and they said put anti slip stuff under the matress does not work they still come apart.

I am glad to hear our team originally sent out a replacement mattress to help you, but I completely understand your frustration regarding the gap in the middle of your Split King setup.A Split King is fantastic for independent movement, but if the mattresses slide apart during the night, it can make sleeping very difficult for couples. While anti-slip padding helps in some cases, it isn't always a complete fix. Today, we supply dedicated bed straps and gap fillers specifically engineered to keep independent mattresses locked together seamlessly, ensuring you get the unified feel of a traditional King size bed without losing the benefits of your adjustable bases.Because we did not receive a reply to our private message requesting your order details, we haven't been able to locate your account.
