Mostly they do a good job. I am a detail oriented person so I notice the little things that are overlooked. That is consistent across the board. I would like to be able to have the same person coming every time so I can have communication with them regularly about what I loved and what has been overlooked. There is no way to get any kind of consistency when I have a different person coming each time. I am thankful for what they do as I am unable to do such anymore myself.

The teams are really friendly and do their best to meet whatever needs I have. I am glad I have the service since I have trouble doing those items myself due to my current health. So being able to have them come in and take care of my bathroom, kitchen, living room, vacuum, mop, clean my counters and sinks, is a great help and worth the cost!

The team at Spruce has been great. I’ve been using them for years and they never disappoint. On time, great quality, friendly staff…very well run!

Booked the 9-1 window and sent a couple of chat messages as it was getting later in the day. Finally, at 12:40, I sent another chat message and was told the team was running behind (understandable) and could not make it until 4:30 (not so much). I asked for a refund and was told I should get it in 3-5 business days (which is great since no service was provided; it's ridiculous they charge upfront anyway). In the meantime, I have wasted half my Friday and wasted money boarding my dogs. What an absolute disaster operation - I would have been totally fine with a call at around 10 or even 11 saying, "Hey, we are so sorry - can we reschedule you and offer a discount for the inconvenience?" Something. Anything.

HORRIBLE - can you spell that? Spent only 1 hour on my two bedroom apartment. I actually looked in her bag and hardly any cleaning products. I took my finger and ran it over the bathroom, furniture, etc and couldn't even tell she was here. No English BTW so expect that. Never, ever again!

I used this company to clean my apartment. I’m an assistant manager of an apartment complex and they asked us to advertise for them. I scheduled a cleaning but never told them who I was because I didn’t want special treatment. The girl did not speak English so I could communicate with her. She did not empty my trash, dust or mop the kitchen floor. Not sure what she did. I emailed the company about my experience and they offered me a $25.00 credit for my next cleaning. Really? At that point I identified myself and I got crickets from the company. Don’t waste your money on this company. They don’t care about the service you received but are glad to take your money
