They didn’t clean the upper areas
They didn’t clean the upper areas. Nor did they clean the window blinds. They were 45 minutes late as scheduled. I thought they knew the location since they cleaned my place before. Otherwise, the floors looked clean and smelled clean.

Entry back home- When I first came home I did not know…
When I first came home I did not know if the home had been cleaned because they did not leave the usual check off list of items done! Also several things in the master bathroom were messed up, like the shower curtain, and trash bags were not replaced. Overall the place looked good- but it confused me!!

The floors are extremely dirty

Maids have showed up late 2x in a row
Office staff is not helpful and multiple maids have showed up late. My cleanings are booked out 4 weeks in advance and the office notify me 30 minutes before my cleaning window closes that the maids will be a couple hours late or unable to show. Customer service is OK but there’s no room for requests and if you need to add an additional service, they make you request it up to 48 hours prior or risk cancelling your appointment.

My hard wood floors in kitchen
My hard wood floors in kitchen, both bathroom, long hall way or main living floors were not vacuumed or damped washed, only the 2 carpeted floors were cleaned. My bathroom mirror was not clean or medicine cabinet But she was nice Debra

Door left unlocked
My front door was not closed fully and therefor was left unlocked (I have an auto-locking deadbolt).
