I ordered one pair $17.95 When you go to the review page they’d already charge my bank $140. I called the bank right away. They said they were sorry it had to go through my account before they could cancel it then I would have to file dispute fraud. What a disaster I should’ve just gone to Walgreens and bought a pair of socks. There’s no phone number if you don’t have your order number you can’t say stop the order. I couldn’t find the order number real scam job. Bad company

I committed to purchase 2 pair of Sooth Relieve Socks and have been debited for 4 Pair twice from my Paypal Account eventhough I did not commit to buy. I sent the company a complaint before they sent the socks yet they sent them and billed me

I cannot believe this company are still being allowed to trade. I as many others opted to buy 1 pair, thought paying through PayPal was safe. I filled in my PayPal for 1 pair & as usual you have to go back to check postage ect. This was where they got me. It kept coming up with deals to buy more, I kept clicking no & I finished my transaction but within 2 mins I had 2 emails from PayPal to the value of nearly £100 & I had brought 8 pairs over 2 transactions. I tried to cancel straight away but putting my details in came up with no order. It took a while for my order number to come through so I cancelled my order. I even went through PayPal to cancel. PayPal have ruled in THIER favour saying they processed correctly. I appealed even telling them step by step how they did it even only having 1 order number but 2 transactions. I'm disabled & only get disability so £100 to me is my food bill for a month almost. There is 100% no way accidently or otherwise I would of brought this many. Now the company say I can't have a refund because I initiated a payback I think it's called. Kh I haven't recieved the socks either. PLEASE IF ANYONE KNOWS ANYWAY TO GET THESE PEOPLE PLEASE LET ME KNOW & DO NOT BUY FROM THEM Update- 25/6 recieved parcel & they have sent me knee pain relief patches so I have had nothing fir my money & paypal ruled in thier favour. The company are ignoring my emails. If anyone knows of any way to get any of my money back please let me know x

As the other people have said, this company is doing the same thing to everybody which is criminal. They should be shut down. What can we all do? I'm in Australia and can't believe that everything I've ever ordered from America has been fraught with these types of dramas. I ordered one pair of socks & ended up with eight, a $140 excess. I notified the organisation IMMEDIATELY the transaction went through, to cancel my order. In fact, I sent three requests. I then contacted my bank and told them. After the three cancellation requests which were ignored, I got an email to say the products had been shipped. I intend to contact my bank again, with the very helpful comments here, advising the bank of the fraudulent nature of this company & I certainly hope the authorities do something about them!! Shame on them all!!

My mum tried to order one pair of socks for my father. She added one pair to the basket and went to check out and somehow another 4 pairs got added and she was charged. Somehow even though she was placing the order the money came from my account and within 1 hour I cancelled the order, but they decided to process the charge and posted them 2 days later. When I contacted their customer service ‘Clara ‘ informed me due to their quick order processing and dispatch it was too late to be refunded!!!! My bank also blocked my account even before I called them as they suspected suspicious activity!!!! Suspicious company with appalling customer service that scams buyers into ordering extra pairs. Don’t order!!!!!

TOTAL RIPOFF DO NOT ORDER, CANNOT CANCEL OR CALL. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS

EDIT AFTER 4 MONTHS GETSOOTHRELIEVE GAVE ME MY MONEY BACK. I STILL THINK THIS IS A BAD WAY TO DO BUSINESS. I WILL GIVE THEM CREDIT WHERE DUE, THE REFUND WAS APPRECIATED. I have to report the same treatment as many others on here. I ordered 1 pair via Facebook. One minute later they had increased it to 1 pair plus a further 4 pairs and charged it to my paypal account. I was away for a few hours so didn't realise this had happened. I tried to cancel the order but as somany have found the said they had already sent them to the carrier. BECAUSE OF THIS I FOR ONE WILL NEVER TRUST OR ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM OR FACEBOOK AGAIN. EDIT********************************** This still seems to be happening (see reviews from 2 days ago 02/10/24). It still seems to be a con. The replies seem to be just the sort of thing a computer would produce. Your warm regards mean nothing! Edit: Paypal are just as bad. They say its all above board. I guess you don't shoot the people who pay you.

How I wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered from this company. My experience is the same as virtually every other reviewer.I ordered one pair of socks, my confirmation email showed I'd been charged for four additional pairs. I emailed straight away asking to cancel but didn't get a response until the next day when I was told the order had been processed and shipped, so cancelling wasn't possible. Fortunately I paid via PayPal so I have some hope of a refund. This company is nothing short of a scam Imo.
