Email of customer service is incorrect given email bounces back never trust this company
I read all the reviews of other customers I Completely agree with them they try to sell More pair free delivery after completion of 1st order and don’t give time to read and automatically clicks and we are lumbered with it. Same socks you can buy from Amazon prime next day delivery minimum is 1 pair @11.99£ and free return . I just accepted half Price for 3 pairs with out sending and I will be giving it to charity to dispose off Please please 🙏 do not trust this company atall and don’t trust the reviews they publish on their website Company is scam Never Never buy any products from them A very disappointed customer Rasik Ghelani

They are thieves
1 pair ordered, they confirmed by e mail 8 were going to be sent and had been despatched so tough. I tried to check despatch details, further payment details to track item was asked for. Not sent. Advise your bank otherwise they might take repeat orders. Very dishonest , everything has been said before .DO NOT USE

KEEP AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
After reading all the messages on here and having the same happen to me - asked for one then end up with them taking for many more. But not get anything that look like socks. They have taken as much from me as I get a week of my pension so all I can say is they are a load of bottom feeders.

I cannot rate low enough
I cannot rate low enough , I ordered 1 pair received and billed for 4 pairs . I can see I am not the only one to receive this problem. I contacted PayPal and opened a dispute in their resolution centre . After I explained this issue to PayPal they decided in favour of the seller . It’s a very dishonest way of treating people and making them pay for items they did not wish or order . I have requested a return address several times with no response . An email from a Johnber says they cannot refund to a PayPal account? I am trying to get both PayPal and this company to respond to my request

BEWARE THIS COMPANY
I ordered 2 pairs of socks and then another page came on the website that I tried to get out of. Instead it added 4 more socks to my order so now my 30 dollar order is 75 dollars. I have contacted the company and they have refused to help and just tell me I will be happy with them. If ZERO were possible or negative I would leave. BEWARE!

Scam supplier
I suggested my Aussie brother-in-law ordered a pair to help his feet neuropathy. When he checked his account he found that he was billed for four pairs (as many of you have also experienced) and also a second big charge for an unsolicited other order. Thanks for your reports as he ordered via PayPal and is contacting them for help. Do not buy from this company!

NOT SOOTHING & NO RELIEF
This company imposes its own rules, presumably invented in a Wildwest saloon. Do not buy from these scumbags. I am reporting them to trading standards & my bank. I thought I was buying 2 pairs of (already overpriced) socks for £20 - they put the price up after ordering & added more items on, charging me £67 in total. How can they even exist under our supposedly stringent anti scam laws? Anyone who works for this shoddy shower - be utterly ashamed! Trust pilot won’t allow me to say what I really think, making me doubt this site’s authenticity & reliability as well.
