Similar to previous reviews this company is terrible in terms of how they scam you into ordering more pairs than the one that you order. You need to click off of a "bonus" order or it adds the additional socks AND EXTRA PAYMENT to boost their sales. I immediately contacted them and they said they could not change the order cause it had already been placed. How is that even possible. It is just terrible that a company can do this. A hard lesson to learn for myself with this company's click bait to charge you additional funds. I could possibly try to return them but the return policy is to have the product in the original packaging but you need photos saying why you have to return them and then they can decide whether or not to accept the refund and then you pay to have it returned and send a tracking number and photos and then after they receive the package they might refund you after 14 days. Terrible terrible company stay away. I had to put one star I wouldn't have put any.

I really wish I had read these reviews before ordering from SoothRelieve! I ordered one pair on FaceBook just to see if they work or not and within minutes had 2 payments taken out of my bank account for over £90.00. I checked my order and it was showing I had ordered 7 pairs!! I contacted them within minutes of the payment being taken from my bank account (debit card unfortunately) and was told it was too late because my order had already been processed (within 2 minutes of placing the order?? Come on!!). A day later I received another email asking me to check the delivery address was correct (so they can change the delivery address but not cancel the order). It's disgusting treatment. What should have cost me £15.95 has now cost me over £100 because they have told me I can send them back but they won't refund the original shipping costs and I have to pay for the return costs. UNBELIEVEABLE!!

WARNING BEWARE I tried to order a set of 4 socks from this website after taking my credit card details I was forced onto a page that tried to make me buy more goods I closed the page only to find out there was an additional $100 charge on my credit card for items I didn't order . I tried to contact them to clear it up but this is obviously a scam they have ran before. Warning this is a con.

I too should have read the reviews about this company....I thought I had ordered one item but ended up charged over$90.00 on my credit card. I was unable to cancel this order as I did not have an order number. I have contacted my bank and hopefully this charge will be deleted after a month but it is very stressfulll to a senior who was acting in good faith. so anything you see advertised on Facebook make sure you investigate it first as it could be too good to be true and you would be out of pocket.

All these reviews are correct they are thieves and SCAMMERS. Same thing happened to me ordered 4 pair on special next thing they added another 4 pair plus stupid foot cleaners before I knew it the bill was $175AD not $36US. Pay Pal were useless and i tried to stop the order immediately but you can't. What a pack of scumbags. I wrote several emails to them regarding the fact I never ordered what they charged me for they know that.SCAMMERS.I should have checked this site first.

End of last year I ordered 1 pair, order was changed and ended up with 4 pairs, at the price of 4 pairs!!! Tried to cancel the order within the first few mins and was told too late. Around 8 months later I receive an email saying thank you for your order - I've not ordered anything! They've taken 2 more amounts from my account without my knowledge. PUT A BLOCK ON YOUR BANK ACCOUNT from these people, they are scammer.

All the reviews you’re reading on here are true. When you go to check out on this company‘s website if you were just buying a pair of socks to try them, they add multiples to your order. It happens so fast you don’t have a chance to decline. Luckily I was using PayPal instead of my debit card and they resolved the issue for me. The soothRelieve company sent me an email telling me that since I complained to PayPal they would not accept the return. Also, these are not compression socks. They are crap. Why is this company in business?

I ordered 3 pairs originally, special on Facebook. A week or two later another package arrives with 8 pairs of socks and bandoo patches. I emailed them as they took over £100 off my account. Somehow they held onto my account details. A month later another package arrives. By this time I have been in contact with them for a while. They send me a list of my orders. I try and find my profile on the website. NOTHING. There is no way of obtaining your details, but they send you a list of what you have ordered which you know you havent. They said I can keep the product and they will offer me a 40% discount and told me it was a fantastic deal. Alternatively I must return them and send the items back to America. Has anyone managed to delete their account and banking details with this company. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO GET RID OF THESE THIEVES.
