Everything that happened to everyone else on here, happened with my order. Thankfully, I too chose PayPal and I am going to go the extra step and see if I can get that part of the payment business shut down entirely. For those that are reading this DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION.

I fell for this scam like all others on this review site, after filling out the cancellation form via their website for the 2 charges debited to my account I was told my request could not be approved as my order had been processed & was awaiting shipment, I thought this odd as this option is always offered with online sales @ checkout, buyers remorse/change of mind? After some thought I decided to contact my financial institution to lodge a complaint, even though this entailed cancellation of my card I was issued with a new card a few days later followed up with a FULL refund & reversal of all charges, if you ever decide to purchase online *ALWAYS* use a preferred payment service (bank/credit card) where the consumer has a legitimate right to a no questions asked refund, just do it, a painless resolve to a very sticky situation, hope my experience helps others here with the same problem...

As with others, I have also been scammed by Soothe Relief. The way the website is set up, you inadvertently order 4 extra pairs without realising. I tried to cancel minutes later, sent multiple emails, they ignore you, then tell you that your order has been shipped and its too late to cancel

As previous comments I too ended up with an extra pack of socks, now I find my credit card has been charged more money over and above my one pair plus the pack I didn’t order .. wish I’d seen the reviews, talk about dodgy. I’m getting absolutely nowhere trying to sort this out.

This is the most dishonest, unreputable company I have ever had the mispleasure of dealing with, they are all liars and in no way want to help the customer. Like so many other reviewers I made the mistake of not reading reviews before ordering. I too cancelled the order within a couple of hours, yet 2 days later they saw fit to dispatch the goods regardless. it has been several months of emails going back and forth I sent the socks back and I will not see a refund or get reimbused for postage. DO NOT BUY from this company. Hope they go broke and see what it's like when they get taken advantage of. Like they have scammed so many others

Like many other reviews on this site, my wife ordered 2 pairs and a further 4 pairs were immediately added to the Order, and was charged £86.65 via PayPal. I immediately contacted the company and was told I could not cancel as the Order had already been shipped, despite this being within an hour of placing the Order. The socks arrived and are too big, despite the fact my wife had carefully measured her feet as instructed and ordered the size accordingly. I have contacted the company several times and am just fobbed off by them, even offering a 40% discount which I have refused as I am now trying to stop my payment via Paypal which is also proving difficult. They promised to let me have an address to return the items which is of course is in America. I am still stuck with 6 pairs of socks which are of no use to me whatsoever, I do not intend to let this matter rest however and will do whatever I can to ensure they do not receive my payment. This Company is not to be trusted.

Totally agree with every comment! Complaint ! Website ordered items not requested. Funds taken and not refunded. Outrageous service!
