Ordered 1 pair they charged me for 1 pair then billed me again for 5 pairs once I received the invoice within 1 hour of receipt informed them of error and was told they could do nothing as product was being shipped. This is a scam so please be aware. So your all aware I have just received a refund of 58 dollars for the error in my order and have been given the extra 4 pairs free.

Fraud. Scam fishing. Check out the BBB profile. Stay Away. Their reply is BS. They have not replied and don’t respond to emails.

I give 1 Star since zero stars is not an option. This is a scam. Stay far away. I thought I would take a look since I do have Ankle / foot swelling. I decided that i would give a try. I ordered 4 pairs, paid through papal and was returned to the site. Wait the site said, we have reduced the price do you want that reduced price If you say yes, you have just purchased 4 more pairs. You have now spent over $100. They advise to check the order. I wanted to cancel that 2nd order but there is no link to do that. The following day I received a mail from them that stated the items had physically shipped. The carrier site stated they did not have the items. I mailed them and requested cancellation and refund. Their response " not possible since items have shipped". In reality, it was another 5 days before the items physically shipped. They have a cancellation clause that denies cancellation beyond 6 hours of the order - yet they do not acknowledge the order for over 12 hours. I kick myself for falling for this scam. Be warned stay away from this outfit. There have been numerous exchanges between myself and this "company". Their reply of "we don't have enough details" is simply a delaying tactic. I returned the product 11 days ago and still no refund. On none of the mails is the order # quoted but the outward tracking # was5234192154832 These responses are all digitally generated. Since the ability to use Paypal affords this "company" some creditability that is undeserved I intend to close my A/C with paypal and tell them why. When GSR realizes that I mean what I say and issues a refund they should do so by mailed check to my home. Escalation by me is intended.

Disgraceful site, obviously designed to prey on the elderly. Be careful what you click on after giving bank details they will presume you have made a purchase without confirmation. You should be ashamed of yourselves Sooth Relief there are ways to make money without exploiting people.

I’m giving the Company who have reached out to me the opportunity to put this right as they have now emailed me stating they wish to refund I will then update on the product. Update: The company have now refunded me the money and I am very happy. Maybe they had a problem with their website. All is ok now and the socks are great (1pair lol). Thanks GetSoothRelieve for addressing and resolving the problem.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Like everyone else here states, this website adds multiple unwanted items to your order then stalls on replying to your emails until “unfortunately they’ve been sent”. They offer a partial refund intimating if you don’t comply within 5 days you will have a very complicated and expensive international returns process. I am cyber-savvy, never been scammed like this before, but “Johnber” should be ashamed of himself.

SCAMMERS!!! AVOID Tried to order one pair on checkout they had billed me £44 and taken payment . Within seconds of realising i tried to cancel the order and they said too late had been dispatched . Used Paypal .. dont bother using them again even with all the evidence they did nothing to help get my money back . I have to pay postage to return item to China though Soothe Relief is based in America. The socks are not compression either they are cheap chinese rubbish socks WELL DODGY

My autistic grandson ordered a4 pairs of these socks as he thinks it's funny,I've sent countless emails explaining I want to cancel yet I've had no reply and they have took £39 out my account leaving me with £1.47 .why have you not replied when I've told you I will be sending the item back.really bad run company stay away
