I ordered a pair of the socks later it turned into 5pairs after reading BBB complaints most of them were the same 1 turned into 5 Trans action number 00E1207863959733Y

I had a few problems initially with the quantity not being correct and therefore I was sent too many socks. As well as this when I tried the sock on because I suffer with fibromyalgia I could not pull them up because of the pain. I communicated directly with the company who were very understanding and refunded the full amount as promised.

I ordered 1 pair of socks and they charged me $62!! Bad business And they dont answer the phone!

I stupidly followed a click bait link to this website, because I do get sore feet. I tried to.order 1 pair of these socks to try them out. Getting to checkout I was then sent back to the website and they tried to persuade me to buy 4 pairs of socks for a seemingly higher reduction to the originally advertised price. I tried to select to simply stay with the 1 pair, and was again thrown back in this, now seemingly, endless loop, again trying to get me to.buy more. At this point I decided to simply end the process and go elsewhere. Imagine my surprise then, when the very next day I relieve an email thanking for my order and saying I have been charged ove £50 for 4 pairs of socks! I have responded attempting to cancel my order. I wonder if they will let me 🤔 I can't speak to the quality of the product, but experiencing this hard sell approach, I have no desire to find out more. I feel stupid and gullible, but also angry and outraged. I can't afford £50 on socks! Update - Next day, reply from customer service, unsurprisingly saying order is already dispatched (highly unlikely) and I can return the product if I am unhappy and they will consider refund. No acknowledgement of aggressive, fraudulent selling method. I am very unhappy.

Unfortunately I have a complaint . I ordered ONE pair of socks and find I have been billed for $90+ . Do you refund in these circumstances?

Scam and exactly the same happened to me re automated payments without permission. Luckily I spotted it on paypal and cancelled them. They also added more than I had ordered. The socks are cheap and nasty. Fell apart after one wear and prior to washing. All the black elastic threads came apart and I was told in an email from customer service to tie the threads and no refund. Ill say no more but dont buy from this company. I wish I had read reviews first!!!!

This is a SCAM website. Do not under any circumstances purchase from this business. The current method is to charge people multiple times, and immediately lists the goods as processed. This is designed to prevent any recourse. They will also attempt to commence auto payments through PayPal. Continue to report their fraudulent domains to the relevant registry. Also note, they will send an automatic reply to anyone who posts negative comments on here stating they can’t find their order. They are known to police for the scam they are perpetrating. It’s a check out/double pay scam. They will illegally bill you twice and add additional items to your cart. AGAIN - this is a SCAM. In the event you buy anything from this site, immediately do the following: Advise your bank or card issuer and attempt to stop the payment; Lodge a disputed transaction with PayPal; and Report their ongoing fraudulent activities to PayPal to assist with getting them removed from the platform.

Appalling business Disgusted and agree with other reviews. This company are bordering on fraud. There’s no cart check before money is deducted. More items were added on . Immediately realised and cancelled order but of course that went nowhere even though they state you can edit or cancel order . Emails with tracking number arrived so late and surprise surprise reply came that they couldn’t cancel as already had been shipped. No way could it have been in time frame. Classic rip off. Have requested yet again refund and a reply that actually makes sense re $$ taken out my account. DO NOT USE
