Order #341131, This part was ordered on 10/21/21 We have not received a confirmation email nor have we had any response from the emails weve sent. On 11/ we sent an email and the response was do you have an order number? which we responded to right away and then were left on read for 4 days. What is going on with your customer service. Obviously its terrible thats why you dont have phone support. Im sorry you do Its just not online currently and you hope it will be soon?! And now Im in Queue waiting for a representitive? for 10 minutes

I paid extra for overnight shipping. 2 days after the order was placed, I get a email that one of the parts was special ordered. 2 days later (After contacting them) I get the Tracking number and a 2 day delivery date. I dont mind the delay, BUT I DO MIND PAYING EXTRA FOR IT! When I ordered the parts they were shown as in stock. No mention was made of SPECIAL ORDER. So I based my shipping on that . I guess I should have taken the option to cancel . Well I lived , learned and got burned.

These folks are a SCAM Cannot get in touch, returned my item, never even out of original box because it took so long to get I had to get it somewhere else and order was cancelled. Now it seems they will not refund my money.

I wrote several times to try to cancel the order I never received a reply and your live chat isn't live on top of that the order number I was given didn't show up as a real order when I tried to contact you about this matter I will definitely be giving you as many 1 star reviews as I can to let others know what a terrible company and horrible customer service you I have or should I say non existing customer service you have.

I have also been trying to contact them for a return. I sent an email to cancel the order the day I ordered with no response. Still received the part and now I just sit in the queue with no response. Not worth the hassle. Order #338778

Do not do business with this company. Bad business practices. Best bet just use someone else. Will be alot faster and will save you the headache of the return process

I ordered a clock spring that isn’t working apparently because now my air bag isn’t working in addition to the horn. No big deal, return it and get a replacement. Problem is, I can’t get a hold of anyone to initiate any of that. I’ve emailed them and tried their “chat” function but no one ever replies. I’m “waiting in queue” forever until my connection “dies”. It would be awfully nice if I could talk to someone to get this resolved. Next stop is the better business bureau. Thanks Update: Well, they aren’t listed on the BBB so I can’t file a complaint utilizing their service. Bummer.
