I gave this company 1☆ because the delivery was fine, but that was it. The tail lights were defective and the warranty was supposed to be honored by Ford. That is what the customer service/parts person told me, that was a Bald Face Lie!!! All the dealerships turned down the warranty. The Getoemparts.com company would honor the warranty ,as long as l sent the defective tail lights back,(which would disable my vehicle) for who knows how long, and no expedite offer! SAVE YOURSELF MAJOR FRUSTRATION, BUY ELSEWHERE!! UPDATE: I have contacted Ford parts warranty CS, they told me that they are not familiar with GetOEMparts.com and could not do anything to help ,as the warranty would only be honored if bought thru a brick and mortar Ford dealership. So again I asked if they could expedite/overnight the replacements ,or send me a new set and I would return the defective lights (taillights) Answer ,cannot do.

Part of our dealer agreement dictates that if a dealer refuses to accept warrantied parts, they are in violation of the dealer agreement. Expressing this fact, to your local dealer may prove beneficial in your efforts to replace your defective headlights.
