Horrific! The premiums are high and they deny every claim. It is just complete insurance fraud. DO NOT USE!!!

Paid their monthly premiums for 2 years, nearly. When my dog got sick and then died, I filed the appropriate claims with the requested materials. They then said I didn't include the materials, so I gave them to them again. I sent them emails and then even had the vet contact them to provide what information they said was missing, which they already had. They then never paid the claims, which were several thousand dollars. Do not under any circumstances use this pet insurance.

The customer service reps are patient, helpful, and great at their jobs! However, ManyPets did not successfully transfer my account to Odie, despite my account remaining in good standing for 3 years prior to the transfer. When my baby girl became sick, the last thing I needed was the added stress of having to advocate for myself over a mistake that ManyPets/Odie made. I was already dealing with the stress and fear of her having a life-threatening illness, and then I had to call and find out that my account had NOT been transferred after receiving SEVERAL emails stating that “you don’t have to do anything regarding the transfer.” That was extremely frustrating and stressful, especially during an already difficult situation. My claim has not been reviewed yet, so I will update this review once it has been processed to let others know whether Odie ultimately pays the claim as promised.

9/22 responded to your additional details request. I am also going to my vet today to have them review your denial. For the love of our beloved pets we put our trust in pet insurance to ensure they’re taken care of if they ever get sick but only to find out that you really cannot count them other than them requiring to get paid on time every month then to find out that they are not willing to pay the care that they have promised. In order to avoid having to pay claim; they rule it as pre-Existing. I did email you the documents the same day no response. It will probably take you another 6 weeks to respond with another denial.

Company quickly processed my claims. Process was quick and easy on app and anytime I needed to upload something new it clearly stated what I needed to do. Customer service reps also provide prompt and complete service.
